When and where can I install the U.S. eSIM?

You can install and activate the World Mobile U.S. eSIM from anywhere within the U.S. without needing to visit a store or other physical location. In fact, you can even do it from the comfort of your own home. To install and activate your eSIM follow our helpful guide here.

If you're moving or travelling to the U.S. and taking out a U.S. World Mobile ahead of time you must install and activate it once you are within the United States in order to avoid any issues with activation.

The World Mobile eSIM can only be installed once. Do not remove the eSIM from your phone once it has been installed.
