How do I change the APN settings on my Android device for the Travel eSIM?
Settings > Network and Internet > SIMs > Locate the World Mobile eSIM > scroll down and look for ‘Access Point Names‘.
Set the properties ‘Name’ and ‘APN’ to any of the following: altanwifi, plus, internet, or globaldata.
For some devices, you may need to add a new APN using the ‘+’ button in the APN section.
Once the APN is updated, you may need to restart the phone or turn on and off Airplane mode.
To make sure you have access to the Internet, remember to check if the eSIM is turned on and data roaming is enabled.
