How do I port my number out of World Mobile? What do I need?

To port your number from World Mobile you can do so by following these steps:
  1. Access your account at my.worldmobile.io 
  2. Select 'Plans' on the left and then from the dropdown select 'My Plans'
  3. Under the line you wish to port out from World Mobile select 'Manage'
  4. At the bottom under the section 'Manage this plan" select 'Outbound Port'
  5. Take note of your port out pin - you'll need this alongside other information to complete the port out
What will I need to provide to my new service provider?
  1. Account number
    1. Your account number is the phone number on your line you wish to port
  2. Number Transfer PIN (port-out PIN)
    1. A port out pin will be generated for your account that you will provide to your new service provider
