Some AirNodes are purchased pre-installed. For the AirNodes which are not pre-installed, a specialized technical support team is ready to assist during this initial deployment phase, ensuring a smooth start to the network. 

World Mobile is committed to streamlining the AirNode installation process with a comprehensive support system. 

While B71 units require installation by a licensed professional, for all other installations, we are developing user-friendly resources such as clear manuals, instructional videos, and tools. These resources are designed to empower users to conduct independent installations effortlessly. The initial Reno deployment serves a dual purpose—internally assessing support needs and refining our resources based on valuable insights gained from the field. 

Furthermore, World Mobile is actively building a network of certified installers to provide on-the-ground support from our existing community. This additional layer of assistance enhances the overall user experience and ensures that the installation of AirNodes is accessible and efficient.
