Before you begin the number porting process you'll need to know a few things:
To start the number porting process you'll need the following from your existing carrier:
Account number
You can usually find this on your billing statement or in your account portal
Number Transfer PIN (port-out PIN)
This is only created by your current carrier at your request, and is not the PIN used to sign into your account
Name of account holder
Full name of the current account holder. This information is case-sensitive so enter it exactly as it is shown.
Billing address
For security and privacy reasons World Mobile and our staff cannot obtain your account number, Number Transfer PIN or any other information from your existing carrier for you. This process and information must be initiated and gathered by you. You will use this information to begin the number porting process.
Do not close your existing account or deactivate service with your existing carrier until you've ported out your number to World Mobile.
