What is the Roadmap for Network Builder?
The Network Builder auction process begins on 22 December 2025 with Phase One, the Discovery Phase.
Phase Two, the Release Phase, launches in January 2026 with batched, 48-hour auctions whose composition is shaped by Discovery Phase demand signals and network strategy.
Phase Three, the Network Expansion Phase, continues the auction process over time, with batch composition and timing evolving based on observed demand, operator behavior, and network needs.
