Where can I find the ICCID number of my eSIM on Android?

It’s quite easy to check the ICCID (eSIM serial number) on your phone.

You can locate the ICCID (the serial number of the eSIM profile) in ‘Settings’ -> “About” section on most phones. The ICCID should begins with ’89’ and is 19 digits long. If your ICCID is 20 digits long, then the last digit is your eSIM checksum. You do not need to include the eSIM checksum when contacting support.

Pro Tip: If you haven’t already done so, you can rename your eSIM to make it easier to identify.

How to find eSIM ICCID on iOS:

  • Go into Settings
  • Select General
  • Select About
  • Scroll to the bottom to see your SIM profiles
  • The ICCID will be visible in the eSIM profile section
