World Mobile Phone Plans

World Mobile Phone Plans

What phone plans does World Mobile offer?

World Mobile offers four phone plans in the USA:

  1. Starter – $15 per month
  1. Standard – $25 per month
  1. Unlimited – $40 per month
  1. Unlimited Plus – $55 per month

These plans introduce clearer pricing tiers and are designed to support the continued growth of the World Mobile network.

Prices correct at time of publishing and are subject to change.

Are the previous plans still available?

The new plans replace the previous Essential USA and Advanced USA plans for new customers.

New subscribers will only see the new plans.

Existing subscribers can remain on their current plan or choose to switch when eligible.

If you have an existing Essential or Advanced plan this will not change automatically.

Do existing subscribers need to do anything?

No.

If you are an existing subscriber:

  • You do not need to take any action. You can remain on your current plan if you wish.

When can I switch to a new plan?

You can switch to a new plan at the end of your current subscription term (1, 6, or 12 months).

At this time, switches are not supported mid-term unless explicitly confirmed by our support team.

Why has World Mobile introduced new phone plans?

As the World Mobile network scales, access to it needs to scale too.

The new plans:

    • Better reflect real-world usage

    • Offer clearer and more transparent pricing

    • Support long-term network growth and reliability

This update is about clarity, stability, and alignment as the network evolves.

I’m experiencing issues with MMS, RCS, or verification codes. What can I do?

Some customers on earlier plans may experience issues such as:

  • MMS (picture or media messages) not sending or downloading

  • RCS chat features not working reliably

  • One-time password (OTP) or verification codes not arriving

These issues can be related to how older plan profiles interact with certain messaging and authentication services.

Switching to one of the new phone plans can resolve many of these issues.

How does switching to a new plan help?

The new phone plans use an updated service profile that improves compatibility with modern messaging and authentication systems.

Switching can help:

    • Improve MMS sending and delivery

    • Stabilise RCS messaging

    • Improve reliability of OTP and verification messages

    • Enhance overall service stability
